Booking requests submitted via our website are not confirmed until our team verifies availability and confirms via WhatsApp or email, typically within 2 hours.
No online payment is required to reserve a tour. Payment is made in cash (Lek or EUR) or by card at the meeting point, unless otherwise agreed.
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before departure. If Riviera Boats AL cancels a departure due to weather or safety conditions, guests receive a full refund or a rescheduled date.
All guests must follow crew safety instructions, wear a life jacket when instructed, and disclose any medical conditions relevant to boat travel at the time of booking.
Referral codes are issued per booking, have no expiry, and entitle the referrer to credit toward a future tour once the referred booking is completed. Riviera Boats AL reserves the right to adjust the referral program at any time.
